General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 of the European Parliament and of the Council
§ 1. Manufacturer
Products offered in the Shop are handmade by the Seller within the territory of the European Union. The Seller simultaneously acts as the manufacturer within the meaning of the GPSR:

§ 2. Product description
A. Artistic ceramics
Ceramic products (mugs, bowls, plates, coasters, ornaments) are handmade from ceramic clay, fired in a ceramic kiln at appropriate temperatures, and covered with ceramic glazes.
B. Natural stone jewelry
Jewelry (necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings) handmade from natural stones (including amethyst, rose quartz, agate, jasper, labradorite, lapis lazuli) and metal elements (surgical steel, silver, brass).
§ 3. Safety information
Ceramics:
- Glazes used for functional tableware are safe for food contact, lead and cadmium-free, and compliant with applicable standards (including PN-EN 1388).
- Ceramic products are fragile – protect from drops and impacts.
- Unless otherwise stated, the dishes are not suitable for microwave or dishwasher use – hand washing is recommended.
- Sudden changes in temperature may cause cracking.
- Decorative items are not intended for food contact.
Natural stone jewelry:
- Jewelry intended for decorative purposes only – it possesses no healing properties.
- Avoid contact with water, perfumes, creams, and chemicals.
- Store in a dry place, preferably in a closed container.
- Contains small parts – keep out of reach of small children.
- Individuals with metal allergies should verify the material of the clasps in the product description.

Each product has an individual name, photo, and material description on the product page in the Shop.

The manufacturer undertakes to take immediate action, including product recalls if necessary.
§ 6. Documentation and cooperation with supervisory authorities
The manufacturer maintains technical documentation for 10 years from the date the product is placed on the market (Art. 9(2) of the GPSR). The manufacturer cooperates with UOKiK (Office of Competition and Consumer Protection) and the Trade Inspection, and submits reports via the Safety Business Gateway portal.
